Bobby James Hughes III is a master gardener and fertigation specialist. His expertise spans over 26 years of managing an excess of 20,000 square feet of cannabis canopy.
His extensive knowledge covers a vast spectrum to include: the design of new gardens, genetic acquisitions, daily operations of large-scale agricultural facilities, development of standard operating procedures, integrated pest management, equipment maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, compliance procedure, processing, quality control, as well as sales and marketing support. As an enthusiast in organic gardening and water preservation technologies, Bobby implements his knowledge to produce top-quality crops that are cost-effective.
Bobby is the creator of SOG (Sea of Green) Cannabis brand. He holds awards from Legends of Hash, Ego Clash and an eight-time winner of the High Times Cannabis Cup.

A native of New Orleans, Patrick has a flourishing relationship with the Cannabis plant. Upon moving to San Francisco in 2005, he began growing medical cannabis with a local dispensary and gravitating toward specializing in all forms of Hydroponic gardening.
Patrick is a master at fine-tuning varied microclimates while automating nutrient schedules and pest management. Patrick works closely with the client's staff to educate and instruct them on the best procedures to keep the garden healthy and productive. His trained eye for plant health allows foresight to correct problems before they happen. His clients benefit from having in-person consultations at their facilities with his personal touch in the planning phase through harvest.

A Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor with over 12 years of experience, Peter works with a diverse group of cannabis industry clients based in the US and Canada. He ensures management has the necessary information to make sound business decisions, retain more of the bottom line for business growth and comply with laws and regulations. Peter has provided consulting services to medical cannabis-related businesses with state-sanctioned operations in over ten States.
